Adrian and I have always had a love of travel and visiting places that other people may not have ever considered. So much so, that through our business, The Travel Design Company, we have been planning the same great trips for our clients.

Now, with our children, that time to experience new things together is even more precious.

Little People Big Adventures was born when our children came along and everyone said to us “there will not be as many holidays now”. We were determined that that wouldn’t be the case, because it is really important to us to show our little boys the world and expose them to cultures and experiences that will broaden their horizons.

For us, it wasn’t about having less holidays. We just had to get even better at picking the ideal destinations and then planning excursions to suit our boys. And for mum and dad, it was also important to still keep a good pinch of luxury in the mix too.

Both of our boys had their first passport and took their first flights before they were 12 weeks old. And haven’t stopped exploring since, along with their their natural curiosity they are really confident little travellers who adapt to their surroundings and immerse themselves in the experience.
